Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.

The short version. We collect your email address so we can send you the thing you bought, plus basic information about how you found us. We never see your card details. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Email partner@rebornlabs.kr and we will delete everything we have on you.

1. What we collect

Your email address — the only thing we ask you to type. We need it to deliver your install token and to find your order again later.
Order records — what you bought, the amount, the date, your install token, and how many times it has been used.
How you arrived — referral source, campaign tags in the link you clicked, which button you pressed, and an anonymous visitor identifier. This tells us which of our own posts actually helped someone, and nothing about you personally.
Technical records — browser user agent, and IP address when a security-relevant event happens (such as a payment notification that fails verification).

We do not collect payment card details. Those go directly to Paddle and never reach our systems. We also do not collect your name, address or phone number — the checkout deliberately asks for one field.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver what you paid for and to let you retrieve it again.
To answer you when you write to us.
To enforce the install limit (3 runs in 30 days) and to detect fraudulent or forged payment notifications.
To understand, in aggregate, which of our posts lead to purchases.
To meet tax and accounting obligations.

3. We do not sell or share your personal information

For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA: in the preceding twelve months we have not sold personal information and have not shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not sold or shared the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16. There is no advertising or analytics tracker on our checkout pages.

We also do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is nothing for you to limit the use of.

4. Who processes data on our behalf

These are service providers acting on our instructions. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Paddle — payment processing and Merchant of Record. They collect your payment details and billing country directly. Paddle has its own privacy policy.
Supabase — the database that holds order records.
Vercel — hosting for our website.
Resend — sending the email that carries your install token.

5. Where your information goes

We are a Korean company, and our records are stored on servers operated by the providers above, which may be located in the United States, the European Union or elsewhere. If you are outside Korea, your information will be transferred to and processed in Korea and in those locations. We rely on standard contractual protections with each provider.

6. How long we keep it

Order records — for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them, which is currently five years.
Traffic and referral records — up to two years, after which they are of no use to us.
Security event records — up to one year.
Anything we are not legally required to keep is deleted when you ask.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete it. We will, except for records tax law requires us to keep — and we will tell you exactly what those are.
Opt out of sale or sharing. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not do either, but the request is honoured on the record.

We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. You will not be charged a different price, refused service, or given a worse version of anything.

8. How to make a request

Email partner@rebornlabs.kr from the address you used to buy, or tell us which address you used. We answer within 45 days, and usually within a few days. We verify a request by confirming you can receive mail at the address on the order — we deliberately do not hold enough information about you to verify you any other way.

You may use an authorized agent. We will ask for written proof that you authorized them.

9. Children

This is a developer tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is significant and affects people who have already bought, we email them.
